Returns

 

    • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product should be in the original packaging.

    • To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 406-633-4661 to inform us of the reason for your return and to get a Return Authorization Number.

    • Please include your order number, description of the item, and the reason for the return.

Refunds

 

    • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.

    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

    • If you received a damaged or defective product, or if there was an error on our part, we will exchange it at no extra cost to you.

Shipping

 

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product was defective or an error was made on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
